Hey Folks!
Welcome to our Friday update! Hopefully most of you have today off so that you can enjoy the afterglow of Thanksgiving family time and a big pile of left overs. We closed down the shop yesterday and today to allow our crew to enjoy time with their friends and family. It is important to us to value family time.
In the first part of the week we continued working on finishing up Dirigo’s equipment. The 30 barrel brite and laugering tank have been insulated and cladded. While, the conical fermenters are currently sitting insulated and the cladding process is underway.
After the long weekend we expect our staff to be fully rested and ready to push through the rest of Dirigo’s equipment!
