Hey All,
This was a big week for the gents in the shop! Dirigo Brewing Company's equipment is just about ready to roll and the Bissell Brother's equipment has also began! While I swung into the shop Tim, our shop foreman, took a minute to show me the stainless that will be bent and fabricated into all of the vessels for the entire expansion. It is crazy to see how a flat stack of steel can be manipulated into a brewery full of gorgeous equipment. I can't wait to see the entire process.
